WHY LITTLE PIGGIES?
As a child, my family traveled all over this great nation.
I had the opportunity to experience different cultures through my travels and try so many amazing foods. On the northern coast of Maine we experienced seafood and home cooking like no other. As we began to travel South, we saw the city life in New York. We lived in upstate New York but traveled to the city several times. Each time I visited the city, I experienced something new and amazing. The skyscrapers were huge and the food was endless. The sound of the streets was so loud and the moment was nonstop. With each food came another culture, and with each culture came new stories and flavors.
We continued South to Arizona. We began our journey in Phoenix. The food and culture were very different. The streets had many food vendors offering their family recipes to the public. The smells filled the air.
My family later began catering themed special events in the desert. It was there I found my calling. It was more than just serving food or serving people. It was immersing yourself in the moment.
After helping with setting up the venues, I had time to see the events unfold. I was able to see the looks on people's faces as their souls lit up. Laughter followed close behind, with lots of fun stories. Many were strangers, laughing and telling stories as if they were old friends. I decided at a young age I wanted to bring that happiness to people.
My mission stayed the same during every step of my life: help those around me and bring smiles.
Little Piggies EFS is more than a fun name or catchy logo. We are dedicated to bringing those warm, happy feelings everywhere we go.
So, if you ask us, “What's the emergency?” The answer is clear: bringing much-needed happiness to you. The humor is part of the identity, but the food is very much the real thing.
